Meat the Team

Hello, I am Yvette, and I am thrilled to be a part of Advanced Dentistry since the beginning of 2022. Although new to the practice, I bring with me a wealth of experience in the field of dentistry. I began my career in April 1999 as an office manager for a well-established dentist. During my tenure there, I gained a deep understanding of front office operations, insurance regulations, and Medicaid protocols. My passion for ensuring that patients have a great experience from the beginning of their visit to the end motivated me to learn how to assist the dentist with patients.

In the fall of 2000, I moved on to another dental office, where I applied my front office knowledge and expanded my skills as a dental assistant. Over the years, I honed my dental assisting skills, from taking accurate and clear X-rays to anticipating the dentist’s needs to make procedures more efficient. As a result, I was promoted to Lead Dental Assistant, where I worked closely with the dentist to plan and execute treatment strategies for patients. I assisted in a variety of surgeries, including simple tooth extractions and implant placement for the All-on-4 procedures.

One of the things I enjoy most about dentistry is educating patients on the importance of maintaining good oral health and helping them achieve the smile of their dreams. I believe that every patient deserves to have a personalized treatment plan that takes their unique needs and preferences into account.
